This listing is for a 6-8” Unrooted cutting of Song of India Plant.

The first three photos are stock photos that are representative of my mother plant. I forgot to take a picture of mine being bushy and beautifully full before I trimmed it up. I’ll update with my pictures of my mother plant soon.

Native to Mozambique and Madagascar, this plant is valued for its rich color. It’s drought tolerant, low maintenance, and a natural air purifier. Some even say that the Song of India Plant is good luck. This is a medium to low light plant great for brightening up any room.

My Song of India mother plants grow tenaciously for me and are super hardy, healthy plants under my care. I’d love to send you a cutting so that you can have a clone of my happy mother plant growing happiness for you in your home.

Cuttings will be 6-8” long with the lower leaves removed. Removing the lower leaves gives the cutting a chance to focus on rooting rather than photosynthesizing to keep excess foliage alive.

I’ll dip it in rooting hormone before shipping so that your plant gets the nutrients it needs to jumpstart robust root development. Only fresh, healthy cuttings will be sent out.

I cut and ship on Mondays-Wednesdays. I print my shipping labels in advance so that you will have the tracking information ahead of time. I pack cuttings with the utmost care in sphagnum moss, hydrogel, or a dry medium depending on what is best for that particular cutting. Please keep in mind that when the USPS has your package it is out of my control and in their control. I am not responsible for weather conditions (excessive heat or cold), delays, lost or stolen packages. After I personally print your shipping label and drive your package to the post office it’s in their hands. Plant clippings may have browning, bruising, creasing, or other damage upon receipt due to shipping. I am not responsible for damages during shipping. If your package is crushed or otherwise damaged upon receipt I advise taking pictures of the package before and after opening as documentation for the USPS. You will need the photographs to file a claim with the USPS. If there is a problem with your order please message me within 24 hours of your delivery receipt.
