    1. Heat Pack
    A heat pack is necessary to keep plants & cuttings alive while shipping when your weather is below 55°. This 96 hour heat pack (activated the day your plants ship) can keep your plants & cuttings up to 20 degrees warmer while in transit. When you order a heat pack your order is double boxed.

    2. Heat Pack + Wrap
    A heat pack & wrap is necessary to keep plants & cuttings alive in temperatures 32° or colder. Our Thermal reflective bubble wrap provides an extra layer of insulation against below freezing temperatures & protects plants from freezing in temps. as low as 0°.

    3. Heat Pack + Wrap + Warranty
    A heat pack, wrap, & warranty are necessary for replacement plants or cuttings in the event that the heat pack or wrap fails to protect your plants in cold weather. We do not replace cuttings or plants without the purchase of a warranty. The warranty covers your plants & cutting at the time of delivery. Photograph any damaged plants upon arrival and send us a message, at our discretion we may provide you with return shipping label to return the damaged plant for our inspection. **Warranty is not valid when plants or cuttings are opened several hours (or days) after delivery. **


    DISCLAIMER:
    🚨 It is your responsibility to check your weather to know if you need a heat pack. If it’s below 55° where you are you need a heat pack to prevent your order from freezing. If you have a large order, consider adding two heat packs to your order. If temperatures are below freezing, 32°, it’s possible for the heat pack to stop working properly, so you need to add a wrap to protect your order.

    🚨It is your responsibility to open your package IMMEDIATELY upon arrival to protect from extreme conditions.


    ADDITIONAL WARRANTY FAQ:
    The warranty is only available with a heat pack and wrap. We do not guarantee plants otherwise. (Ex. You bought a heat pack but the temp dropped below freezing in your area and all your plants die. There is no warranty.) (Ex. You bought the heat pack with wrap and warranty but your cuttings or plants arrive dead despite. Your cuttings will be replaced because you bought the warranty.)

    🧐👍🏼✅ Warranty covers: frozen plants, plants that arrive dead at no additional cost or shipping fees. This is a cold weather warranty. (Ex. 7 Mystery cuttings arrive completely dead because the heat pack and wrap failed. I replace your 7 mystery cuttings at no cost to you).

    🤔👎🏼🚫 Warranty does not cover: Acts of God, damaged, mishandled, lost or stolen packages. It does not cover recipient miscaring (improper care) for plants, damage from delayed unboxing, damage that occurs during unboxing, any damage that occurs after the USPS marks it as delivered will not be considered for product replacement.

    📬📦🚚 USPS Covers: Damaged, mishandled, lost or stolen packages. (Ex. Box is crushed. Contents are damaged. To file a claim with the USPS.com you need your tracking number, photo evidence of damage, & a screenshot of your order receipt. The USPS will reimburse your order when you file a claim if your package was damaged, mishandled, substantially delayed in delivery, or lost.)

    This listing is an add-on item available only for those ordering plants from my shop. If you’re not ordering plants from my shop and you order a heat pack, wrap, or warranty I will refund your order.

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Care instructions

    Care instructions are included in every box. If you still have questions upon delivery message us IMMEDIATELY so we can help. We want to give you and your new plant babies every chance to succeed!

    Photograph any damage upon opening. We will NOT consider replacements or refunds without pictures on delivery.

    If you’re struggling with a propagation please reach out! We’re happy to give continuing care tips. Cuttings are nodes, branches, or leaves that are capable of making a new plant which means some may fail if cared for improperly. It is your responsibility to care for the cuttings after arrival.

    Live Plant Returns, refunds, exchanges

    Live plants must be opened immediately upon arrival. Leaving plants out in a shipping box even for one day can cause plants unrecoverable damage. If your plant is damaged upon delivery, then take pictures and send them to us immediately on the day of delivery.

    We will help you immediately by assessing the damage and finding an appropriate remedy to help you and the plant babies thrive.

    Since plants are living things we only consider replacements or refunds with pictures of damage ON the day of delivery. Live plants are your responsibility after delivery. You’re welcome to ask us care tips and show us your growing environment for extra help.
