    I ship live plants out of south Florida Mon-Wed. Open your package immediately.

    This listing is for 3 rooted houseplants. These starter-sized Houseplants were rooted from cuttings and have been growing in 2x2 nursery pots. They will be shipped in the 2x2 nursery pot. Let them rest for 2 weeks before repotting.

    Plants will be labeled so that you can identify them. They are all growing in similar conditions (indirect light, watered 3-4x weekly) and are great for warming up any home or office. Plants will be hand selected for variety.

    Some plants are not pictured. This is the list of potential plants you could receive in your mystery set of 3:

    Colorful and thin leafed plants are very dramatic and may wilt in transit. Give them fresh water and indirect sun and they should bounce back within a day but please contact me if something is out of the ordinary or when you have questions. Moisture levels should be checked every 1-3 days depending on your environment.

    Be sure to double check your address before ordering as we are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. Once I hand deliver your well-packed package to the USPS it is in their hands. I’m not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages from excessive weather (heat/cold) or wear.

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Care instructions

    Care instructions are included in every box. If you still have questions upon delivery message us IMMEDIATELY so we can help. We want to give you and your new plant babies every chance to succeed!

    Photograph any damage upon opening. We will NOT consider replacements or refunds without pictures on delivery.

    If you’re struggling with a propagation please reach out! We’re happy to give continuing care tips. Cuttings are nodes, branches, or leaves that are capable of making a new plant which means some may fail if cared for improperly. It is your responsibility to care for the cuttings after arrival.

    Live Plant Returns, refunds, exchanges

    Live plants must be opened immediately upon arrival. Leaving plants out in a shipping box even for one day can cause plants unrecoverable damage. If your plant is damaged upon delivery, then take pictures and send them to us immediately on the day of delivery.

    We will help you immediately by assessing the damage and finding an appropriate remedy to help you and the plant babies thrive.

    Since plants are living things we only consider replacements or refunds with pictures of damage ON the day of delivery. Live plants are your responsibility after delivery. You’re welcome to ask us care tips and show us your growing environment for extra help.
