Plant propagations vary. You may receive cuttings that are on the stem, snipped from the stem, single leaves, bare stems/sticks, or even a single propagatable node. Size, selection, and propagation method will vary. We will send you a viable set of cuttings but cannot ensure that they will grow for you. It is your responsibility to care for new plant propagations, but we are here for you every step of the way! We always want to hear from you. Plant mamas always wanna know how their plant babies are doing.

We constantly receive exceptional reviews for our fun and safe PlantMail packaging.

It is your responsibility to open live plantmail immediately!

We ship from South Florida with the USPS on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Our shipping boxes pass the 32lb Edge Crush Test and are properly marked with "LIVE PLANTS" stickers. Each box of live plants is packed with crinkle paper for added humidity, cushion, and temperature regulation. Each plant or cutting is individually wrapped and labeled.

Double check that your shipping address is correct, up to date, & includes applicable unit or apt numbers before ordering as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for weather conditions (excessive heat or cold), delays, lost or stolen packages.

Plant clippings may have browning, bruising, creasing, or other damage upon receipt due to shipping. If your package is crushed or damaged upon receipt take pictures of the package before & after opening as documentation for the USPS. You will need photographs to file a claim with the USPS.

If there is a problem with your order, please message us within 24 hours of your delivery receipt. We want an opportunity to fix any mistakes.
